Our 30-day return policy
All products come with a FREE replacement/refund warranty for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return/Refund
Items that can be returned or refunded include those that:
- Arrive in a physically damaged condition
- Have missing parts or accessories
- Are defective or significantly different from the product description

Please contact us at support@sndway.co before returning any items. Sending items without prior communication makes it challenging for our customer care team to process returns efficiently.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations and changes to orders
You can cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of placing it. Orders are processed quickly, so inform us promptly if changes are needed. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. For assistance, email us at support@sndway.co with your order number.
Return/Refund Process
To initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@sndway.co. Follow these packing instructions:
- Include all received items, packaging, and accessories in their original condition.
- Affix the provided mailing label to the parcel, covering any previous address and barcode.
- Ship the package following the shipping instructions in your email.
- We provide a free shipping label for eligible returns; if not received, email support@sndway.co.
Note: Items must be unused/partially opened and properly packed for eligibility.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If a refund is not received, check your bank or credit card account. Contact us at support@sndway.co if further assistance is needed.
Return/Refund Conditions
- Damaged or Missing Part(s):
- Report damage or missing parts on the day of receipt to support@sndway.co.
- Photos may be requested for processing; without photos, returns won’t be processed.
- Incorrect Items Received:
- Email support@sndway.co with the order number and details for prompt resolution.
- Product Never Arrived:
- Allow 1-3 business days for order processing; track orders on our website.
- Contact support@sndway.co if the item is lost in transit.
- Mind Changed:
- Buyer’s remorse is not eligible for a refund.
- Due diligence is encouraged before purchase, as orders are legally binding.
Exchanges
Eligible items can be exchanged instead of returned for a refund. Final Sale merchandise is sold as-is and not eligible for exchange.
Return Policy for Products Purchased from a Third-Party
If the Sndway product that you have purchased from the third-party stores or vendors does not function to your satisfaction or does not apply to your installation, please contact the third-party store or vendor where the product was originally purchased for the return and refund policy. All the return and refund processes related to the Sndway products purchased from third-party stores or vendors are subject to the specific policies of the third-party stores or vendors. Please refer to the return and refund policy of the original store or vendor that you purchased your Sndway product for specific information. Sndway.co is not responsible for their refund and return.
Items Not Applicable for a Refund
Certain goods are exempt from return, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and downloadable software. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
